to Amazon or Google or HP.

Amazon costs $120.00/TB to upload plus $120.00/TB per month for storage,
there is a calculator link.  First 70GB are included in $4.95/month.

Google upload bandwidth appears to be at no charge and then costs $83.33/TB
per month afterwards.

HP cloud pricing is not listed.
