[olug] NVidia and video corruption.

I've had these issues as well on my master backend.  Honestly I don't
know why/how it happens in the first place, but I end up messing with
internal player settings until it works.  I think you can also tell it
not to use the internal player and to use something else (e.g. mplayer
or vlc).  A little clunky I know.  I kind of doubt that it is anything
NVIDIA related.
