Internet Solver provides network support, Internet service, and telephone service and has offices in Des Moines, IA and Omaha, NE.  We are looking for an individual to join our Help Desk team as a Support Specialist in our Omaha office.  You would be a member of an organization that prides itself in providing our clients a high level of support.  

Responsibilities:
*	Provide support to our clients via telephone, email, and remote tools.
*	Provide onsite support in a backup role when required.
*	Serve as a first point of contact providing assistance to our client's end users.
*	Help clients with issues pertaining to desktop support, network connectivity, and network related issues.
*	Utilize our remote monitoring tools to proactively resolve network issues, backups, server performance, etc...
*	Utilize service program to enter tickets, track progress, and document resolution. 

Qualifications: 
*	Excellent oral and written communication skills.   
*	Organized and detail oriented.
*	Analytical troubleshooting skills. 
*	Dedication to customer service. 
*	Able to work with minimal supervision. 
*	Proficient supporting Microsoft Windows Operating Systems required
*	Proficient at Microsoft Exchange administration is required
*	2 to 3 years experience working in a similar environment is required

Education:
*	A minimum of an Associates Degree is required
*	A+, Server+, and Microsoft certifications a plus
