Technical

1. Systems programming in Linux

2. Knowledge of C, C++ and Java

3. Knowledge of Networking concepts

4. Knowledge of messaging concepts such as JMS and vendor products such as
Tibco.

Non Technical skills

1. Designed and Architect at-least 5 distributed projects

2. Strong communication skills

3. Strong presentation skills

4. Self starter and sets high standards for the quality of his deliverables.
5. Creative and thinks out of the box.
