I second the Asus's

Hopefully Asus has improved their PSU's on them. I had 4 wl500g premium
PSU's go bad. I have 6 in production. I replaced them all with
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=390121829087

The Dlink PSU's are much better.

The ASUS RT-N12 are OK but bit week as far as signal. I have 4 in use.

I haven't tried the ASUS WL-520gU but that is what I would probably buy next.
.....I have 2 Netgears in production that have worked for 3 years so far
so even though I'd like to I can't bash them.
