So, you are wanting to put a computer system (SBC) in a slot in an 
existing server (already has it's own CPU).

A SBC doesn't go in a host computer and run independantly, it 
needs a backplane to operate.  Power and expansion slots are supplied 
by the backplane board.

With space at a premium, maybe you can get a Tonido plug and use that.
