Seriously, I can't complain about Cox, but then I have their SOHO option
which is a bit more open than their Cox at Home offering (which has blocked
ports, etc).

So, you installed IPCop after their firewall was found to be insufficient
and/or non-existent.  How did that lead to them dropping you as a customer?
