[olug] Wiki for non techies...

At a previous job, I used Confluence. It also came with namespaces, where my
group would have one set of pages and permissions, and we might be able to
see other groups' pages, depending on permissions. It did have a WYSIWYG
editor, but I don't remember how well it worked.
