[olug] Opinions on the "OBi110 Voice Service Bridge"?

Anyone have any experiences with the Obihai "OBi110 Voice Service Bridge"?

It's currently $50 @ Amazon, but it is coming up on their Lightening deal
in about 3 hours.

Just wondering if there is a monthly/recurring charge if I use my Google
Voice number?  And will it continue to work if Obihai goes out of
business.  Is it hackable to work with any other SIP providers if I switch
from GV?
