[olug] postfix question- email blackhole for chatty vendor

I have a vendor that can execute code in their user account on the
dedicated server.

Sometimes they send themselves email despite my asking them not to, so with
sendmail I added this:

# head /etc/mail/virtusertable /etc/mail/local-host-names
==> /etc/mail/virtusertable <==
@lim.com me at myaddr

==> /etc/mail/local-host-names <==
# local-host-names - include all aliases for your machine here.
lim.com

I just realized the newer backup server running el6 (scientifix) is using
postfix instead, and an email got out!

How do I do the same thing on postfix?
That is, pretend to be their destination host and map any email to their
domain back to myself.
