[olug] Using vi in Ubuntu 10.04

Ubuntu installs package vim-tiny by default instead of vim-runtime.   
sudo apt-get install vim will install vim-runtime and stop the madness.
I just verfied this on my Kubuntu 10.04 install. 

I should file this bug again....sigh.
