Symmetrical?  Port restrictions? If it's not symmetrical and has blocked ports then I don't see a clear advantage except for the 4Mbps difference.

But if it's symmetrical and open, then damn.  Count me in.

Qwest is supposed to be offering 20 meg FIOS lines for $99, but only
in select neighborhoods. I'd also look into that.
