I've been watching this set of packages for KDE4: KMyMoney (accounting),
Kraft (invoicing), Scrooge (analysis). So far they are independent but
are expected to be integrated in the future. There is a fourth package
that is starting to cozy up to the others: Electronic Business Assistant

KMyMoney - http://kmymoney2.sourceforge.net/ - I've tried it and it is
ready for use.
Kraft - http://kraft.sourceforge.net/index.php?body=&lang=en - is in 0.4
beta as a conversion from the KDE 3 version. So far I've haven't figured
out the incantation to install it in openSUSE.
Skrooge - http://skrooge.org/ - is in version 0.6.0 for KDE 4 - I have
no experience with it _yet_.
Electronic Business Assistant - http://www.kde-
apps.org/content/show.php/Electronic+Business+Assistant?content=109646 -
It really shows the Russian roots.
