[olug] import a pst file in to thunderbird

I was just going to suggest that page. I had to use it a few days ago
to open a PST that I didn't have the pw for, and given that it's a
compiled application, I couldn't ask for anything better. Very much
like PuTTY, except that you d/l a zip. But there is no install
process, no DLLs needed, and it returns the pw very quickly.
