[olug] Deactivate haldaemon on servers?

I know these for a fact:

USB keyboards don't require haldaemon.

The lack of haldaemon doesn't affect the ability of root to manually
mount USB drives.

If your replacement doesn't know how to use mount(8) they should keep
their grubby paws off the Linux servers.
