[olug] Alternative To The "200 Lines Kernel Patch That Does Wonders" Which You Can Use Right Away

I did it in *buntu.  I haven't done any testing.  I really haven't
noticed a difference, but I haven't done any cpu intensive activities
and tried to watch a movie at the same time.
