[olug] (OT) Loner Mac

[Cheyenne Deal]

They have the flat panel iMac G5 with the isight. Whenever I put the drive in one of my machines, the bios shows unknown device and the os does not see it. It is a apple type of western digital, using sata.

Is it an issue of not being able to put the drive in their old mac? I'd
suggest using a drive enclosure if you can get ahold of one they are usually
really cheap when you get them without a drive.

Which mac do they have?
