Ya, I must admit, its a pretty big can of worms we are about to open :)

heres the link to the Qwest CO in CB
http://www.loopnet.com/xNet/MainSite/Listing/Profile/Profile.aspx?LID=14070225&StepID=101&ItemIndex=10&PgCxtDir=Down

One or two racks in an office that is difficult to break into, has A/C and
cheap bandwidth and ample power is cool with me.

Our office bulding on Ft Crook as two raised floors, but theres no fiber
installed there anymore, its the former Northrup Grumman building next to
Harris. There are some smaller air handlers and plenty of power though(no
gensets)
Pinpoint has fiber right out front, but we havnt asked for a quote or
anything.
Office space there is pretty cheap, our lab(with 3 racks) is 100 bucks per
month! :)
