[olug] Rebuild of OLUG Website

At the end of the day, it was a support decision I made. The real  
reason for the abrupt change was my lack of diligence by not checking  
to see if joomla supported the version of php that is now on the olug  
server (5.3). We just wanted to get something back up quick, and john  
has far better comfort level with wordpress than joomla.
