FWIIW, it is my understanding that if you sell the physical media, then
you are supposed to delete the digital "backup" copy of that media. Those
of you at home may be immune to "copyright infringement" or whatever the
*IAA mafia will dream up; but the few of us that deal in media or are DJs
have to take it into consideration.

I would not put it past the *IAA mafia to start going after folks who rip
& sell - they are already documented that they want us to purchase the
digital version instead of ripping our own.
