Yes.  On eth0, that is my outside card to the world, eth1 is internal network.

I'm only vaguely familiar with dhcp.conf but your subnet in dhcp.conf is 
10.33.27.0/24  network and eth1 is 10.3.125.0/24.  Is that correct?
