I suspect it would be cheaper to buy the Windows laptop and refund Windows:

1. Buy the stuff on a credit card.
2. Refuse the license. Wipe the HD and mail all Windows-related
   software/licenses to the company you bought from. Make sure you require a
   signature.
3. Dispute the OEM price of the included software on your credit card.
