That doesn't looks like a perl compiler error.

What happens when you type this?

    perl -M"Net::UPnP::ControlPoint"

Please paste your command and the entire result.

Did you try installing it?

    perl -MCPAN -e 'install Net::UPnP::ControlPoint'

What was the result?
