[olug] Misc. hardware.......... and what to do with it

I think that anything brought to a Hardware event/swap meet/flea market 
would need to be tagged with a code to tie it back to the owner.  
The owner would provide Name, address, phone and email to who is 
hosting the event, and should check back with the host to see if things 
are moving, if not, should arrange recycling or come pick it up.  It 
shouldn't be the host's responsibility to call the owners to come pick up 
their stuff.  If Jay does host, we don't want to put too much of a burden 
on him.
