The company that produces the system sells it all installed and will not
give installation disks.   My company has been too cheap maintain a
support contract..  so it would be another $100,000 to  get current (the
cost of the entire system). 

I've been trying to move to a different software platform.. and have
been trying to tell our owner and his nephew that the server needs
maintenance like our trucks...  but they don't want to spend a dime on
anything computer related.   So a big "I told you so" is warranted.   
We spend $100,000 on a server and don't touch it for 8 years..   we
spend $100,000 on a truck and service and wash them weekly.

I'm not worried about it..   they should have thought about this
earlier.   I told them this day was coming.
