[olug] Suggestions for web/e-mail/shell access hosting...

I had a very similar experience with 1and1.  Everything was fine until I
wanted something changed and could not get it done.  I got aggravated enough
that I switched hosts but 1and1 ignored my emails and calls and I had to
switch the domain from .com to .net because of it.

I didn't even see this until now, but 1and1 is allegedly not very
trustworthy, 
at best. Apparently they will mess you up if they want something they host 
for you (like a domain name)
