[olug] LinkedIn - who else uses this?

He, wait a minute.  That toilet photo with the plunger on my head was retouched.  I wil say it again, IT WAS NOT ME. :o)
 
But seriously, he's right.  You get referrals from your friends or colleagues on LinkedIn.  It is much more professionally based.  Also, you can search people by their rating if you are looking for a consultant or employee.

Plus, with LinkedIn you can have a somewhat professional online presence after college without "Joe Posted: Wow, check out this pic of you over the toilet" showing up...
