I've been using IPCop for a couple of years.  It's open source and you can
get it at: ipcop.org

astaro.org is NOT open source, but is based on Linux and they do
support some open source projects.  They offer a 30 day trial download
of an ISO or a  VMWare virtual machine.  Sales would extend the trial
if need be.  i have not received a quote from them in years, but it
was not cheap.
