[olug] updating images in Gallery to include watermark

Somehow when uploading a bunch of images to Gallery the watermark function
was not included onto those images. Any thoughts as to enforcing
watermarks onto these images, other than deleting them all & re-uploading
them with the watermark function enabled for that upload? Perhaps some
command line foo?
