[olug] Installing removable drives via USB

Joe,

I've had really good results mounting and unmounting USB devices under
Ubuntu. My guess is that Kubuntu would  be about the same. You should be
able to just insert the flash drive into your computer and Kubuntu
should pick it up and mount it. At least Ubuntu does for me. To unmount
it, just right click on the drive icon and a context menu should pop up.
Unmount should be at the bottom of that menu.

I'm switching my main desktop machine to Ubuntu tomorrow. I just LOVE it
on my laptop!!
