I have one of those heavy, metal monitor arms that I am no longer using. It'll take a 15" or 17" display, looks like it'll hold 30 - 40 pounds without any trouble, and its got flexiduct inside it to route your cables. Anyone want this beauty? http://static.flickr.com/28/64059710_526785975a_b.jpg
