I need some clarification here...

What is the multi-homed system doing? Is it a firewall with a "real" IP
address on one interface, and an 10.X.X.X address on the other? Or does
it have two "real" IP addresses that you want to serve Web pages off of on
the Internet?

The most complex setup would be to have a "Split DNS" setup that returns a
different IP address depending on the requesting machines IP address (i.e.
internal machines get the 10.X.X.X address, and machines on the Internet
get the "real" address).
