Thankfully, I have a mid-tower that I'll be upgrading.

I did some research and the big differences with the ATX 2.0 are:
 - The main power cable going to the motherboard has 24 pins (old ATX have
20).  The additional four are for +12, +5, +3, and Gnd.  Some PS
manufacturers  include an adapter so you can use a newer PS with an older
motherboard.
 - There are specific power cables for the new Serial ATA hard disk
drives.  They use a different connector than classic hard drives.
 - I think there are some more power saving features available on ATX 2.0,
but that is probably more dependant on the manufacturer putting them in
rather than on the standard itself.
