Yep. You're correct. Private IPs. Wasn't a big pain for me since I wasn't 
running a server.
I'm not sure what they charge for public IPs or if they will even provide.
At the time Qwest was my only option. I had been with Cox for years (since 
the cable 
internet inception) and never had even 1 real issue with them. Qwest, 
cheaper, but not 
nearly as experience with cable internet - and it shows. However, cheap is 
good if the
issues are major (and they weren't weren't horrid with qwest).
