[olug] FrontPage support on Apache

 amd64 was a whim two weeks ago when my trusty ol' Athlon 850 board 
fried. 32 bit compatibility libraries? I could have guessed such a thing 
existed but I've not touched them yet. New Years is coming and holidays 
are meant for focusing on obscure problems, no?
