As everyone will agree, the most critical customizations to any server 
are the Perl modules you've installed from CPAN on top of the base Perl 
distro. -grin-  To track those down:

We also use CVS to track all customizations of all config files system 
wide from base install of distros. Very handy when you can't remember 
what black magic you threw into Apache late one night 7 months ago.
