Nebraska On-Ramp, oldest locally owned ISP in Nebraska that's still in
business.  Also has nation-wide dial-up.  Can also handle aDSL and
wireless.  Good people.

I tried talking him into cable but it's more than he wants to spend.

Thanks for the suggestions. Are there any locally owned ISPs out there
that do a good job? Someone who's a little more "service" oriented
rather than "let me just take your $10/month" oriented.
