[olug] Cox SMTP

I've had some sporadic issues of being unable to connect to the server 
(ie: time out on opening a connection). Don't see any particular reason 
for it, either. Oh, and I'm near 42nd & Q, if it matters any. So far 
it's not been terribly annoying, but meh...
