[olug] Can't boot to 2.6 Kernel

mkinitrd  /boot/initrd.2.6.3  2.6.3

then change your lilo.conf to use the initrd.2.6.3 for
the 2.6.3

you will have to select the 2.6.3 kernel at boot, unless
you make it the default
