Well you wouldn't necessarily have to wear a suit "personally," if you had a
"interview double" who would go through the process and get hired, then you
could personally show up for the job. If this sounds strange that is what a few
companies are doing by using the "temp to hire" mode they have not done any of
the direct interviewing, just taking the recommendation of their surrogate
interviewer and then testing in actual practice to see if it works.
