[olug] Web server monitoring services

We have gobs of monitoring in house. But it all send pages out our 
Internet pipe. If our Internet pipe went down we wouldn't know until it 
came back up.

I Google'd for '"web server" monitor service' and got 1.4M hits.

Any suggestions? We need to get paged (emailed) on alphanumeric pagers 
if our Internet web servers are down/slow (Internet down or servers 
down/slow).
