If this is the message I'm thinking of, you just upgraded to 2.4.21-preX 
or 2.4.21-rc1 on a system with 4 drives.

These messages aren't errors, they're related some IDE changes that have 
gone into the upcoming 2.4.21.  The c035xxxx is the memory address for 
the I/O queue for that block device.
