[olug] share a folder rw, but not deletable?

Word is that the next version of RedHat (version 9.0) will have this acl 
patch included by default. Also I believe it is now a stock part of the 
2.5 devel kernel.

Remember, if you apply this patch, you also must update lots of other 
tools so they understand acls as well. Tools like dump,restore,tar,cpio, 
etc.
