When someone downloads it for free, they should know that no support is provided.  If someone buys the same downloaded copy in a
store, they probably think they have access to support, RHN, etc...
Redhat support folks probably spend a great amount of time answering phones and email telling people that they didn't buy an
official copy and have no support.  That would get old after the first 100,000 times and it could have a negative impact on real
customers.
