Daniel, if "[t]he people on the list who can provide
comments on the tips probably don't feel like filtering through tips
every day" then why on earth should _everyone_ have to filter through the
tips every day like we are _all_ doing _right now_?

Besides, I don't think anyone needs to decide if we're "worthy." (Wayne and
Garth to Alice Cooper: "We're not worthy! We're not worthy!") And it
doesn't have to be a good question or insightful comment about the tip. It
can be any old observation or question.

For the record, I think the tips are kind of cool, and once they quit going
to the OLUG list I may subscribe to the tips list myself.

As for you Jeremy, post your questions about filtering and we'll do our
best to help you out. We know you are just getting started with Unix,
so we'll be happy to patiently share our vast knowledge with you, and
we'll try to keep our instructions simple without being condescending.
Are you comfortable using WordPad to edit and save files?

[Disclaimer: This is a joke. JB is a guru. It's like offering to show
Dennis Ritchie how to define a struct.]
