[olug] local ntp time server?

I'm wondering why would it have to be local? Is there any particular
reason?

I'm using ntp1.kansas.net since I couldn't find one listed for
Nebraska. Surprised me a bit that I couldn't find one listed for Omaha
in Net Time.
