Ugh.  For a guy that complains about long posts, that guy sure can blog 
on.... In any group, there will be people that don't mix with other 
people (its human nature to destroy) and need to be removed by force 
(it happens in all types of groups: bands, churches, Congress).  I also 
believe that any volunteer group needs leader(s) that are involved with 
the group, and if they are too busy, then maybe there should be an 
exchange of power.  Maybe there needs to be a LAN gaming  or "dirty" 
link exchange or actually giving free beer instead of free speech?
