[olug] Hauppauge PVR-250 & PVR-350

I have a KnoppMyth box with a Hauppage Lite or something, it's a 6 year 
old card. It's running a p4 1.5 with 368m ram, with nvidia drivers loaded.

the tv fearture doesn't sync the sound with the picture (video) 
correctly, this most likely is due to the tv card being so old, but 
having hardware encoding would help with this alot.
