However, you are still endeavoring to reverse enginner their
software/disc
formatting. I'm sure a jury and a judge would not be technically

Digital Millennium Copyright Act -- DMCA. Not DCMA. You can't protest a
law
if you don't know the proper name of it.

Also, this seems rather offtopic. A better question would have been,
"How
do I access more than the first session of a multisession CD under
Linux?"
That, of course, assumes that the CD is multisession and that AOL isn't
just installing some evil CD-ROM overlay driver or something nutty like
that.
