True statement. I live downtown, and my Cox Cable has served me well so
far. Yes, I purchased my own cable modem years ago when I first obtained
the service.

We had Cox for work at my place of employment for a while (down in
Bellevue, Nebraska), and I was satisfied with their service & support. I
was forced (kicking & screaming) to go to Sprint Frame Relay instead - and
my life has been hell ever since. =(
